Below you'll find an update on our operating procedures now that New Zealand has moved to the red traffic light setting of New Zealand’s COVID-19 Protection Framework.
As always, the safety of our people—both internal and external—remains our top priority. We have put in place a number of measures at our Henderson warehouse to ensure our team's health and wellbeing. This includes strict adherence to all safety protocols such as masks, rapid antigen testing and frequent sanitisation. We have also put in place physical distancing where possible to ensure our Administration and Warehouse teams can operate at their full capacity.
Due to the highly transmissible nature of the Omicron variant and the challenges this presents to businesses, we recommend that our retail partners review their stock coverage and plan ahead as much as possible for any unforeseen issues that may arise with supply chains and closures.
